Our Pressure Relief Damper (PRD) prevents cross contamination of air from clean and dirty areas of operation theater. Adhering standard BS colors, safety and international quality norms, the body of our PRD is fabricated using epoxy coated material. Under the strict surveillance of our professionals, it is fabricated using high class electrolyzed steel plate for body and high grade stainless steel for blades. The PRD are accurate to a range of 1 Pascal over their working range of, 5 - 35 Pa.
Characteristics of our PRD include:
- Ideal for maintaining differential room pressure, when doors are opened between clean and dirty area
- Provided with Counter-weight system, which maintains positive pressure inside the operation theater
- Contains air pressure stabilizers that have unique capacity of controlling differential pressure to close tolerance
- Remains closed at pressure below the set pressure & open fully at pressure only fractionally above the threshold pressure
